About the Wines
Domaine Cavalier Blanc, Château de Lascaux 2019
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
From Château de Lascaux, based at Pic Saint-Loup in the Languedoc, the biodynamic Domaine Cavalier Blanc is produced from a blend of mainly Sauvignon, with a touch of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne. An aromatic wine, showing citrus fruits, including grapefruit and hints of garrigue. Full, round and fresh, with some tropical fruit and a touch of herbs on the finish.
Gavi di Gavi, Azienda Vitivinicola Luigi Tacchino 2018
Piedmont, Italy
A Gavi di Gavi should be clean and crisp with a mineral finish. This 2019 Gavi di Gavi from Azienda Tacchino goes a step further with its apple and peach aromas and notes of fresh almond and seashell on the palate.

The Chablis Les Allées du Vignoble is an easy-drinking, fruitier style of Chablis under the `Les Allées du Domaine` label, with grapes coming from a mix of own vineyards and from reputable growers. It is creamy with juicy notes of white fruits and a chalky mineral finish.

Rapsani, Dougos Winery 2017
Thessaly, Greece
The Rapsansi exhibits a perfume of roses and red fruit compote with hints of peppery spice and tobacco; and subtle herbal undertones. Fresh and lively on the palate with a fruit profile of macerated cherries and red plums. This is an elegant and medium-bodied red with moderately firm but fine tannins, reminiscent of powdered cocoa.

Produced from plots in Gevrey-Chambertin, this is an impressively lively Bourgogne rouge with vibrant cassis and blueberry aromas. Very pretty on the palate with refreshing strawberry fruit and lots of energy.
